An antenna is an invaluable component of any well-functioning network. While Til-Tek’s wide range of antenna products cater to most use cases, we also apply our cutting-edge applied R&D capabilities to offer custom-designed antennas. Til-Tek’s expert engineering team, state-of-the-art facilities, and world-class test and simulation capabilities can help deliver the bespoke antenna solution for you to maximize your network performance and minimize costs.

Til-Tek adopts a rigorous testing process when designing and manufacturing our antennas. Our Quality Management System (QMS) guides our entire process from start to finish, ensuring that any product which leaves our manufacturing and assembly lines is assured to yield the highest customer satisfaction. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and are proud to stamp Til-Tek’s trusted brand name on each and every product we manufacture.

Defining Antenna Specifications

Each antenna must solve a particular problem or work with the usage scenario it is defined for. Our antennas are conceptualized from the ground up with the use case in mind, so that the end product is adapted and compliant to all requirements of the application the antenna will be utilized for.

A client may approach us with a use case they need a solution for. While our sales engineers will first try to identify off-the-shelf solutions that are suited for the application, occasionally, our ready-to-ship products may not meet specific radiocommunication and technical guidelines of the destination market, or the product may not be approved for use in the networks of the carrier in consideration. In such cases, our R&D team will work with the client to develop a solution which will meet regulatory guidelines and fulfill commercial requirements.

Antenna Design

The development of an antenna combines both experience and strong technical knowledge. Our track record of over 40 years in developing and testing thousands of antenna designs have equipped us with the foundation and confidence to develop cutting-edge antennas which maximize functionality and cost savings.

Generally, a well-designed antenna should deliver good power efficiency, provide high gain along the entire spectrum band, and be able to withstand the harshest weather conditions. Our antenna R&D team controls the entire design process from end-to-end, to ensure that the best possible antenna can be produced using our available technologies.

Modeling and Simulation

Once a 3D design of the antenna  is complete, it is rigorously tested to ensure that it withstands edge conditions and environmental conditions. The performance of the antenna is also tested to ensure that it functions within defined specifications and guidelines. We own state-of-the-art testing and simulation software, which are on-par with some of the leading wireless vendors globally.

We conduct electromagnetic simulation of antenna design and study how the antenna interacts with other network components, allowing us to evaluate performance in real settings. We continually optimize the antenna parameters during this process to ensure maximum performance.

Manufacture

Til-Tek relies on our parent Kavveri Telecom’s global manufacturing network to produce our antennas. Our manufacturing units in Kemptville (Canada), Mexico City (Mexico) and Bengaluru (India) allow us to distribute production and utilize the facility which possesses the right capabilities to commercialize products for our clients. Our design engineers communicate closely with our production engineers to ensure that products strictly meet design and operational parameters.

Follow-up

The best customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors. Our dedicated team will ensure that – from end-to-end – you maximize the potential of your network with our range of antennas and make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products.
